Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Appliance

  Securely pack the item in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Kaiser

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the appliance's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
